Can your migraine disappear?

Quantum brain therapy addresses the root causes of migraine problems before recommending treatment options. The underlying causes of migraine include stress, poor diet, neurotransmitter imbalance, endocrine hormone imbalance, vitamin and mineral deficiency, mineral imbalance between calcium and magnesium, pineal dysfunction, electromagnetic field imbalance and emotional trauma. Migraine may be a secondary disease in which a primary disease is a brain tumor. Migraine is an important symptom of brain tumors. A brain aneurysm may feel like a migraine. Migraine can be associated with ADHD, epilepsy, diabetes, Crohn's disease, heart disease, irritable bowel, depression and bipolar disorder. You must have a thorough understanding of your medical history and diagnostic tests to rule out more serious problems before treatment.

Migraine can be caused by food and environmental allergens. Avoid nitrates, MSG, artificial sweeteners and tyramine-rich foods including red wine, cheese and chocolate. Keep away from carbonated drinks, soy, peanuts, preserved foods, non-organic coffee, chocolate, food dyes, food additives or refined foods. It is very important to have protein in your breakfast every day. Avoid using all genetically modified foods and eating local or organic fruits and vegetables. Add fresh salmon, avocado, walnut, almond and omega 3 and 6 essential acids to your diet.

Identify allergens in your diet and avoid them through dietary changes, including G.A.R.D. diet or elimination diet. Rotating diets follow different theories, allowing food to be taken every four days. When there is no frequent contact with allergens, the immune system calms down. Gluten may be the trigger for many migraine sufferers. Try to keep a food diary for at least a month to identify food that may be your cause.

Many people with migraines may experience pollution and environmental problems. You can avoid or eliminate these efforts. Otherwise, this can be addressed by reducing stress and improving overall diet and health. Divorce can be improved by changing jobs, divorcing with abuse, new jobs, new hobbies you like, volunteer work, and watching comedy on TV or movies. Yoga, Tai Chi and Qigong can alleviate stress. There are several alternative therapies that can help with migraine, such as neurobiological feedback, hypnosis, homeopathy and Bach flower remedies.

Traditional Chinese Medicine [TCM] is a patented herbal formula and liquid herbal extract that is good at improving migraine. It can be used in combination with auricular laser therapy, auricular acupuncture, scalp acupuncture and traditional acupuncture. These therapies usually take two weeks to see improvement. Depending on how long you have experienced a migraine, an acupuncturist may recommend a few months of treatment.
