Hockey - How to reach the ultimate energy level quickly

All hockey players should pay attention and use a technique to increase and control their energy levels to the highest level. This technique can be learned and used in a few minutes of learning it in your game.

Hockey players usually breathe chest levels during practice or competition. Although this is the accepted method used by 99.9% of hockey players, it is not the right way to increase and control the final energy level in your body.

Interestingly, hockey players will pay close attention to what they eat and drink, but will not make any effort in how they breathe or how they reach, maintain and control their breathing to the highest level.

Let me explain why breathing is so important. At the seminar, I will ask athletes how long they can live without or without water. Their answer is within 2-4 weeks before they die.
