Migraine and stomach pain: a solution to overcome pain

This is my first month of experience in treating migraine and stomach pain with Ganoderma Lucidum and Pollen:

How did I be introduced to Ganoderma Lucidum and Pollen...

I complained to a friend that since the beginning of this year, I have experienced headaches, body aches, nausea, lethargy and flatulence during each menstrual period. I have never had any serious symptoms of PMS before. I don't like this feeling, it disturbs my daily life. I suspect that I may have hormonal imbalances and plan to see a gynaecologist.

In addition to this discomfort, I have been suffering from a lifelong illness with migraine and stomach pain.

Because I am very sensitive and allergic to various foods, I am very skeptical and I am not willing to try even after detailed explanation. Now I have Yung Kien Ganoderma & Bee Pollen for 3 months...

So I started taking 2 capsules of Yung Kien Ganoderma and 4 capsules twice a day before breakfast and before going to bed. I am not ready to take large doses to avoid any sensitivity or allergic reactions. I also had a stomachache during that time, so I was careful not to consume anything that would aggravate my stomachache.

Except for a huge sore acne in my ear, I felt that there was no dramatic physical difference and eventually faded after a week. Even if I ate Ganoderma lucidum and pollen on an empty stomach, my stomach pain did not respond. This is a very positive sign, I am thinking.

Most importantly, after eating Ganoderma Lucidum and pollen for 3 days, my colleague sitting next to me commented on me. Looks fresher with Not too tired. I also noticed me. No body pain After I have been working all day, I usually feel this.

I increase the dose twice to 4 Ganoderma lucidum and 8 pollen twice a day. After that, I had a lot of breakthroughs on my back, but it faded after 4 days. During this time, my time came, and I noticed that I had no other common symptoms other than migraine. Headache is also a tolerable, I don't need to take any painkillers.

I reduced the dose to 2 Ganoderma lucidum and 4 pollen twice a day. It's been a month since I started this project. I don't feel so tired. Can sleep later. Before that, I often felt very sleepy late at night and usually slept before 9pm.

I will continue to take it, I am looking forward to my next cycle to see if the symptoms of migraine and stomach pain really disappear.
