Why do we need leaders, think, outside the box?

Many people seeking leadership positions are focused on avoiding controversy and/or making waves, wrinkles, feathers, or making major changes. Instead, they move on, emphasizing the same, old, same ways and methods, and proving this, by saying, how it is, we always do it! However, because of this, few people seek leadership positions and actually become real, meaningful, relevant, effective, and qualified leaders. The reality is that we need a leader, think about things thoroughly, and be consistent, ready, willing and capable of thinking, from

 box. With this in mind, this article will attempt to use the mnemonic method to briefly, consider, review and discuss why this is the best way to lead any organization.
