Adolescents and adolescence - Is the impact on teenagers excessive?

Current research issues, and the impact of adolescence on adolescents is as strong as once thought. Is the influence of adolescence exaggerated? Although the impact of adolescence on adolescents is more pronounced than in other adolescents, adolescence is a less noticeable event for adolescents.

Before we discuss this article further, let's agree on what puberty is. This is a biological change experienced by children that leads to physical changes and emotional changes. It also includes the maturity of thinking and moral development, the way in which young people see themselves and others.

Although adolescence occurs in the astonishing early stages of children, adolescence usually begins between girls 8 and 13 years old, and boys 9 and 14 years old. If it occurs before the girl is 8 years old and the boy is 9 years old, it is considered early [premature] development. If adolescence has not started before the girl is 13 years old, and the boy is 14 years old, the puberty is delayed.

It is breast sprouting and later breast development. This change is followed by pubic hair growth and arm hair. The first menstrual period [menarche] usually occurs around the age of 12. However, some girls have a faster menarche, especially among African American girls. There is a sudden increase in adolescence, and girls will reach the final adult height in about two years after menarche. Also noted are weight gain and enlargement of the pelvic area. Adolescence, as a complete process, takes 3 to 4 years.

This is followed by the growth of pubic hair, mane, arms, chest and face. Also noticed the deepening of the male voice. The increase in muscle mass, as well as the ability to erect and ejaculate [especially nighttime emissions, "wet dreams"] occur, and this and other sexual maturity processes occur over a span of three to four years.

Adolescence is also associated with adolescents, increasing perspiration, body odor and hemorrhoids. For the reader, it is important to understand that the sunset and progress of adolescence may vary widely.

As with other human growth and development studies, stress may be related to physical changes, and puberty is no exception. But is the impact of adolescence exaggerated? Current research shows that the vast majority of adolescents respond effectively to these stresses. Among the many questions asked by hundreds of teenagers in my research [2010], several questions relate to their perceptions of adolescence. Let us "listen" to what young people are saying.

Is the sunset of adolescence a problem for you?

1. yes - 2. no

Male: 1.7% - 2. 93%

Female: 1.7% - 2. 93%

Can you describe the arrival of adolescent sunset? :

1. Come too early - 2. Average - 3. Too late

Male: 1.7% - 2. 91% - 3. 2%

Female: 1.18% - 2. 78% - 3. 4%

If adolescence is too early for you, will it cause unnecessary attention from peers /

Other people of the opposite sex?

1. yes - 2. no

Male: 1.26% - 2. 74%

Female: 1.58% - 2. 42%

Obviously, my teen sample, adolescence is not considered a problem of trouble, trauma or adolescence. Male and female respondents responded exactly the same.

More women reported that they thought that puberty came earlier than men, with a ratio of 2 to 1, and women thought that early [premature] again made problems for them in a ratio of 2 to 1.

Most adults seem to have a negative view of adolescents' adolescent sunsets and are concerned about the consequences of adolescence and quickly describe their teens' negative behaviors during adolescence sunsets.

Finally, recent research strongly suggests that the impact of adolescence on most adolescents is not as great as is widely believed. Of course, parents need to provide counseling for their children and prepare for the changes they are going to experience.
