Best advice for time management

Farah's struggle. She has a lot to do, and this day seems to leave her. The 40 minutes she spent on surfing Instagram didn't help her remove the item from her list, but it was the only time she spent working all day.

Still, at the end of the day, she was dissatisfied and dismissed because she did not complete what she had on the to-do list. Farah thinks she has time to manage the problem.

Farah's problem is not time management. It is even bigger than that.

Remember that one day, did you finish three times the work at the same time the day before? The hours of work you have in those days are the same as the hours you do. Achievement Day, right?

Everyone is doing this. So what makes you go on those days when you have achieved great achievements?

focus.

What makes you focus? The important things you want to do, the goals you want to achieve. Letting you focus on the impact you want.

A big problem with Farah is that she is not aware of her expected impact and she has not put it into action.

I define the impact: the impact is where your amazing self meets the world and makes it a better place. It's about doing anything you can be your amazing self, it's about contributing to others and making a difference.

If you intentionally think of the impact, when you don't have any ideas but the profit or other items are removed from the list, you can tear things that take 3 times longer.

The impact is your overall situation. Your impact vision will take you forward and focus on it. You are more motivated, complete the challenge faster, and you will be happier!

Your business is made up of personal days. They combine to create your business life. Influential life is sweeter and better. Influential companies will make more money.

This is two of the many reasons I work with my clients to determine the intent of the impact. Focusing on impact, you can manage your energy [and time] by letting you complete your tasks.

When we worked together, Farah made a breakthrough. With her energy and her influence, we have created a new way of working for her:

  • She identified priorities that brought her closer to the expected impact.
  • She limited these priorities to three per day.
  • She first did the most important thing about her influence.
  • She challenges herself to get things done faster.

result? More done. She feels more relaxed but more complete. She has more influence.

Want to do more work? Focus on your influence. When you make a difference, it takes you through big projects and small projects.
