Do we really want to take our physical fitness to a new level? Are we really committed to making every effort to change our habit of not adapting to the next 21 days? Do we want to raise our athletic performance to the highest level? Are we committed to being a pro-athlete of our favorite sport? What do we need to do to stay healthy and follow up in our daily routine exercise program?
What short-term goals do you have? After understanding the benefits of your personal happiness, what hinders you from exercising every day? What is your opinion about yourself and your personal health? What is your most important sporting goal? Do you want to be a professional athlete? Which team do you want to play for? Do you realize your strengths and the areas you need for athleticism? Are you willing to accept your physical training and have the ideal body you dreamed of? If you don't meet your personal fitness goals, what do you really want to do? We pretend that we have not acted and expressed what the world is? What excuses and fears do we have to make us really unable to produce the best athletic performance? What would you like if you met your favorite athletic ability in this sport? If your body is at its best and always full of energy and live a full life with fullness, what would it be like?
I asked myself all these questions to start giving up all the resistance and life I have on the playground every day, because this is my true self-expression, and I can express myself with the highest level of excellence. I know that humility is the key to playing the best in any sport. I remember playing football barefoot in my neighbor when I was a child. I became a master of football games little by little. I eventually became the captain and player of the great football team of my hometown La Ceiba, the club Deportivo El Suace. Athletics is in action. You can brainstorm in less than 21 days and get the best out of any sport. You can go from no motivation to full excitement and are committed to exercising every day for 21 days, dedicated to your personal fitness.
Are you committed to taking your athletic performance to the next level within the next 21 days?
