What is the course?
Often, the course focuses on strategies and strategies that you can use for BJJ or MMA, not technology.
Here's a summary of what you can find in your eBook:
Chapter 1
• How to trigger or wait for the opponent to make a mistake - and how to use it
• Three ways to cause errors - for example by using pressure to force an error [for example, shoulder pressure when the top position is controlled at the side]
•• Interesting theme how to set the mode and then break it "broken rhythm"
chapter 2
•• Training structure
• Discuss how to train, repeat actions, and evaluate your strengths and weaknesses
Chapter 3
• Target specific strategies
•• Display protection, installation, semi-protection, side mounting [control], rear mounting strategy
• Covers attack and defense strategies
Short embedded video clips have been added to illustrate some of the key concepts taught. Please note that there are some rewards in the course. These awards are video tutorials called Goofy Guard, Guillotines Revealed and Advanced Back Attacks. You can also get a month of free training at Gracie Tampa North.
Of course, I have learned a lot from my point of view. This is significantly different from BJJ teaching, which usually focuses on technology. I found this book to be an eye-opener, allowing you to think on another level. I think BJJ Manifesto has improved my game. However, I think this is not suitable for novices, and it is more suitable for those who have at least 6 months of experience to reach the purple belt level.
