It's important to remember that we control everything in our lives - including our confidence and self-esteem. This is just a case of making new decisions rather than repeating the old decisions we made in the past.

Once you realize this, you can start living the life you want and become the person you want to be. Take time to discover your unique talents and gifts, knowing who you are and what you can do will help improve your self-confidence and self-esteem. 2. Assess who you are

List everything you like and don't like yourself. Then take the time to plan and start turning negative factors into positive ones. It's also worth making sure that your positive factors stay that way - so train them to make sure you also encourage growth in these areas.

3. Use affirmation
