Six pillars of self-esteem

A psychiatrist named Nathaniel Brandon wrote a book called "Self-Esteem Six Pillars," in his book listing what you need to develop self-esteem. The book was highly recommended by doctors in his field, and some of them were placed on the tee.

What is self-esteem? Self-esteem is a valuable asset for your conscious existence. Having good self-esteem will make you successful in the world. When people do not have self-esteem, they often feel desperate and worthless, and can lead to destructive behavior and personality disorder.

Building a great self-esteem is very important for young children because the foundation has been determined and they can be better adults. It's a magical thing to feel valued. When you feel good about yourself, you can do almost anything you want to achieve.

The following are the six pillars of Nathaniel Braden's self-esteem.

Living consciously:
